Daje Funk serves up a big slice of high-grade weaponry for working DJs here with the ninth installment of disco. It is a various artists affair that opens with the rolling rhythm section and funky horns of Ronny Hammond's 'Keep On Groovin.' Shit Hot Soundsystem get a slight re-edit from De Gama but their 'Woah' sure will hit the spot with its retro funky samples, chunky drums and expansive vocal. De Game offer another edit to open the b-side, this time of Uptown Funk's smooth disco groover 'South Side Boogie.' Last of all, things slow down to a crawl over seven steamy minutes of deep disco dubness with Coldbeard's 'A Funky Situation.'
